While the estimate for 2010 includes the housing boom of recent years, the estimated number is 69,900.

From there, estimators guess that the total number of homes in Gilbert, Arizona will reach 96,500 in the year 2020, but show very little growth between that year and 2030, which estimators guess to be 96,900.
