Prior to obtaining a real estate or real estate broker’s license in the state of Arizona, a person must complete 90 classroom hours in one of the Scottsdale Arizona real estate schools or one of the other real estate schools located throughout the state. Many of the Scottsdale Arizona real estate schools courses are offered at the various community colleges and at schools specifically for real estate.

While many online campuses offer tutoring to help a student pass the exam to receive their real estate license after they attend one of the Scottsdale Arizona real estate schools or other approved real estate schools, all pre-licensure classes must in an actual classroom setting.
